With the discontinuation of Simovert Masterdrive inverter range by Siemens, the date until the end of production that is set for 2020 is fast approaching. This will mean the discontinuation of services, reduced availability of spare parts and rising prices. Around 900 motorized festoon systems and 300 motor driven cable reel systems from Conductix-Wampfler are affected.

Do not wait until costs and lead times increase, but react at an early stage. We modernize the motor driven cable reels as well as the motor driven festoon systems on your cranes and bring them up to date with the latest technology. We exchange the old control software with the new Sinamics technology as a turnkey solution, including installation, commissioning and ensuring the availability of spare parts.

Our commissioning technicians on site have up to 25 years of experience with frequency-controlled drives and are able to optimally configure the software in order to increase the availability of the energy and data transmission systems and the service life of the cables used. A complete service inspection of your motorized festoon systems or motor driven cable reels by one of our experienced service technicians could be a useful addition. You will receive a detailed evaluation of the system analysis and recommendations for maintenance as well as spare and wear parts to ensure 100% crane availability.

Further information or price quotations can be obtained from your local Conductix-Wampfler sales office.
